9:30 am: pick up by your guide at your accommodation in champagne or directly at the station of your choice.

10:00 am: enjoy an exceptional panorama of the hillsides and discover the different grape varieties, traditions and specificities of the region thanks to your guide who will give you all the keys you need to make the most of the day’s visits.

10:45 am: visit of a confidential Champagne House located in the heart of a “Grand Cru” village: Ay Champagne. Passionate about the “Pinot Noir” grape variety, this House is recognized for its incomparable work on wines aged in oak barrels but also in stoneware or terracotta containers. This visit will end with a commented tasting of 3 cuvées pairing with small bites.

1:00 p.m .: lunch in a renowned restaurant owned by one of the greatest Champagne winegrowers. This restaurant, located in a sumptuous domain, offers a cuisine made of seasonal and local products.

3:00 p.m : visit of a winegrower’s domain located in Chouilly, a village classified as “Grand Cru”, the northernmost of the Côte des Blancs vineyard. This estate exploits 18 hectares of this noble soil planted exclusively with Chardonnay. After visiting the cellars, you will taste 3 vintages with the company of the winemaker himself.

5:00 pm: moment of sweetness on the Marne river, for a one-hour trip on an elegant vintage boat where a champagne expert will make you benefit from a comparative tasting of two champagnes (“Blanc de Blancs” and “Blanc de Noirs”) with pairing cheeses.

6:00 p.m: end of a rich day full of discovery, delicacies and sweetness.
