9.00 am: pick up by your guide at the place of your accommodation in champagne or directly at the station of your choice.

9.45 am: Enjoy an exceptional panorama of the hillsides and discover the different grape varieties, traditions and specificities of the region thanks to your guide who will give you all the keys you need to make the most of the day’s visits.

10:30 am: Maximilien, your nature guide passionate about Champagne biodiversity, will accompany you on a four-kilometers walk to discover the small built heritage of Champagne: half-timbered houses, 11th century church, but also ponds, pastures and flowery meadows. The end of the walk will be dedicated to the observation of the birds, which you will learn to recognize. The visit will end with a small glass of champagne of course!

12:30 am: lunch at the restaurant « Le Belvédère » for a timeless journey facing the “Lac de la Forêt d’Orient”. Its panoramic architecture and terrace will give you a breathtaking view. You will delight your taste buds by tasting a meal composed of dishes made with fresh produces and will appreciate recipes between tradition and modernity.

2:00 pm: meeting with a winegrower whose estate, located in Avirey-Lingey, existed for more than 300 years. You will discover this place and spend time in the vineyard where you will learn about the different labor depending on the period. A privileged moment between ancestral knowledge and high technology mixed with a champagne tasting.

4:00 pm: set in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyards in lush greenery at Champagne Devaux. It now occupies an 18th century manor house in a superb park on the banks of the Seine. You will enjoy an entertaining wine tour on champagne making process before tasting some of their champagnes.

5.30 pm: end of this rich day full of discovery!
